These terms apply to the Sync Partners (Sync) prelaunch website, product preview, and inquiry forms operated by Catalyst Technologies, based in Damascus, Syria. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Closed-beta status
Sync is in closed beta testing in Syria, has no customers yet, and is not available for public purchase or use. All restaurant types may request access, but acceptance is not guaranteed. Website descriptions show planned or test capabilities. Features, platforms, integrations, premium pricing, availability, and release timing may change or may not be released.
Inquiries and relationship discussions
A submission may request closed-beta review or begin a discussion about becoming a client, investor, strategic partner, technology partner, supplier, collaborator, or another relationship. A submission does not create an account, subscription, reservation, customer relationship, investment agreement, partnership, employment relationship, confidentiality obligation, or guarantee of access. Any relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Product previews and sample data
Product demonstrations, screenshots, metrics, restaurant names, customer profiles, orders, prices, reviews, and other interface content may be fictional sample data used to explain planned workflows. They are not evidence of existing customers, transactions, or production results.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Sync. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, submit harmful code, misuse forms, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, text, graphics, interface previews, and related materials are owned by Catalyst Technologies or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond viewing the website for its intended purpose.
External services
The website may use or link to Cloudflare, Render, WhatsApp, a product demo, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content.
No warranties
The website and prelaunch materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, release timing, or the final product. Do not make purchasing or operational decisions based solely on prelaunch materials.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Catalyst Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this prelaunch website or waitlist.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry and consented analytics information is handled. We may update these terms as the beta develops; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
