🍽️What exactly is Sync?

Sync is a complete restaurant management platform. It gives your customers a web app to browse your menu and place orders, while you get a real-time dashboard to manage everything — orders, delivery, analytics, tables, staff, and more.

⏱️How long does setup take?

We typically have your restaurant live the same day you contact us — usually within a few hours. Our team handles everything: menu setup, branding, QR codes, and all integrations. You don't need to do anything technical.

🛠️Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. We handle the full setup for you. After you're live, managing your menu, orders, and settings is simple — the dashboard is designed for restaurant owners, not developers.

📡What happens if the internet goes down?

Sync keeps working. The app caches your menu and order data locally, so you can still take and manage orders offline. Orders sync automatically when your connection returns — nothing is lost.
