🌍Where is Sync available?

Sync is currently focused on the Middle East — with strong support for Syria — and is actively expanding to more regions. The platform supports Arabic and English with USD and SYP currencies. More currencies and regions are coming soon.

💬What languages does Sync support?

Full Arabic (with right-to-left layout) and English across the entire platform — 3,200+ translation keys. Your customers can switch language with a single tap, and all your menu content, notifications, and bot messages support both languages.

🛵Do I need my own delivery drivers?

Yes — Sync manages your own delivery fleet, not third-party delivery services. You assign orders to your drivers directly from the dashboard. Sync tracks their GPS location every 30 seconds so both you and your customers can follow the order live.

We typically have your restaurant live the same day you contact us — usually within a few hours. Our team handles everything: menu setup, branding, QR codes, and all integrations. You don't need to do anything technical.

🛠️Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. We handle the full setup for you. After you're live, managing your menu, orders, and settings is simple — the dashboard is designed for restaurant owners, not developers. No coding, no technical setup on your end.

Absolutely. Once you're set up, you have full control over your menu, categories, prices, images, and availability — all from your dashboard. Changes go live instantly. You never need to contact us just to update a price or add a new dish.

📲How do customers find my restaurant on Sync?

We give you a unique web app link and a Telegram bot link — both branded to your restaurant. You also get QR codes for your tables and printed materials. Share the links anywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram bio, printed menus, or table stands. No app store required.

💳How does payment work?

Sync supports online payments through ShamCash and banking services, as well as cash on delivery. Online payment is available everywhere, and cash on delivery is available for orders in Damascus. We're continuously adding more payment options.

📡What happens if the internet goes down during service?

Sync keeps working. The app caches your menu and order data locally, so you can still take and manage orders even without an internet connection. Any orders created offline are queued and automatically sync to the server the moment your connection returns — nothing is lost.

🤖How does the Telegram bot work?

Your customers open your restaurant's Telegram bot link, pick their language, browse the menu, build a cart, and place an order — all inside Telegram without downloading anything. The bot is AI-powered and can understand natural language, answer questions about the menu, and guide customers through checkout.

🔔How do I get notified of new orders?

The moment a customer places an order, you get a push notification on your device — even if the app is closed. Orders appear instantly on your live dashboard. You can also set up kitchen section displays so the right team sees the right orders automatically.

🆓Is the Free plan really free? What's the catch?

Yes, genuinely free — no credit card, no trial period. The Free plan gives you order management, products & categories, QR code menus, kitchen sections, delivery tracking, and basic analytics with no time limit. You upgrade to Premium when you need unlimited orders, tables & reservations, the Telegram bot, Marketing Studio, or AI capabilities.

🔄Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts. If you cancel a paid plan, your account drops back to Free — your data and menu stay intact, only the advanced features become locked.

Free covers your core daily operations: order management, products & categories, QR code menus, kitchen sections, delivery tracking, and basic analytics — up to 50 orders/month, no credit card needed. Premium ($50/month, first month free) unlocks unlimited orders, the Telegram ordering bot, tables & reservations, advanced analytics, Marketing Studio, AI capabilities, banners, and promotions.

📱What is a PWA and do customers need to download anything?

A PWA (Progressive Web App) is a website that installs on your phone like a real app. Your customers just open your restaurant link in their browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" — no App Store, no Play Store, no download. It works like a full native app with push notifications and offline support.

Sync is built with Flutter and works natively on Android (API 21+), iOS (11+), Web, and Windows. As a PWA it runs in any modern browser. Your customers can order from any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.

🔒Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication uses secure tokens with multi-layer session management, including a cookie backup system that keeps sessions alive even through iOS Safari's aggressive memory clearing. Your menu, orders, and customer data are yours and are never shared.

On the Premium plan, Sync's AI (powered by Gemini) gives your customers a natural-language ordering experience through the Telegram bot, auto-generates menu item descriptions, provides AI-powered search, and surfaces smart insights about your orders and customer behaviour right in your dashboard.
