Sync is a restaurant management platform in closed beta. Restaurant teams can test connected workflows for orders, menus, delivery, Host Stand, reports, staff, and more. The current public customer surface is limited; the broader branded browsing, ordering, and account experience is planned.

Sync is in closed beta testing in Syria and is not available to the public. Arabic and English support are being tested for the planned Syria launch.

The closed beta is testing Arabic with right-to-left layout and English across planned restaurant and customer experiences. Language coverage may change before public release.
The planned delivery workflow is designed for restaurant-operated fleets. It is being tested with driver assignment and periodic location updates during eligible active deliveries; final behavior may change before release.

No technical knowledge will be required. We plan to guide restaurants through setup when Sync becomes available. No coding, no technical setup on your end.
The planned product will let authorized restaurant teams manage menus, categories, prices, images, and availability from the dashboard. These workflows are still being tested and are not publicly available.

The planned product will provide a branded web app link and QR codes for tables and printed materials. This capability is being tested and is not publicly available.
Offline-first operations keep core supported workflows usable during connectivity loss when a recoverable session and cached data are available. Supported changes queue locally and synchronize after reconnection. Some pages and actions remain online-only; use Sync Center or Pending Actions to review anything that needs attention.

Background push notifications on supported devices and browsers, with an in-app fallback when push isn’t available. Availability and background behavior depend on platform support, permissions, installation state, account configuration, and connectivity.
Authorized teams can define a sales channel, commission rate, and channel-specific pricing. Orders attributed to that channel can show commission and expected net revenue. This models the economics inside Sync; it does not claim direct marketplace listing publication or an automated external order-feed integration.

The current product roadmap includes restaurant operations, menus, kitchen workflows, reporting, tables, reservations, customer tools, campaigns, coupons, and analytics. Packaging and availability are not final while closed beta testing continues.

A PWA (Progressive Web App) can be installed from a browser without an app store. Sync is testing this approach for its planned customer experience; browser, notification, and offline support may vary at release.

The closed beta targets Android API 24+, iOS 15.0+, Windows 10+, and supported modern browsers. Installed-web push on iOS and iPadOS requires version 16.4 or later.

Security by design — Role-based access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted network traffic, and permission boundaries help protect restaurant data. Additional security hardening is ongoing during closed beta, and no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
